KBHSS trust’sInstitute of Pharmacy, Bhaygaon road, Malegaon was established in 2006. Since from starting, college has maintained high standards for infrastructure and whenever necessary, area was renovated to meet up current trends in educational facilities. College building of the Pharmacy college has been devided into two wings consisting of class rooms, tutorial rooms and laboratories with a built-up area of 3710.00 SQ.M.

• The college hasadaquet facilities for conductingpracticals, lectures and tutorials from first to final year students as per requirements.
• Every class room is well ventilated with green board, fans, tube lights,podium, CCTV, Wi-fi and uninterrupted power supply.
• College has sufficient tutorial room to conduct regular tutorial classes and to conduct remedial classes for students having backlogs.
• Good quality of benches is available, two students can seat comfortably in each bench.
• All class rooms are of sizesare more than or equal to 66 sq.mt approx with adequate numbers of benches that can accommodate around 80 students in each classroom.
• All classrooms have only single entry & exit points.
• A seminar hall and conference room are available with a capacity of 120 and 20, respectively, to conduct National and International level Seminars, Conference’sguest lectures and workshops and also staff meetings.
• All kinds of offline exams like sessional and SPPU semester exams are conducted smoothly in the classrooms.

Our college have well fully equipped and developed laboratories for our students.

The department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry has laboratory well is equipped with sophisticated instruments like Double-beam UV-Spectrophotometer, HPLC, FTIR spectrophotometer, Potentiometer and Conductometer. The department of Pharmaceutics has a well-built area equipped with machines and is facilitated machine room generally useful in Pharmaceutical Industry. Equipments like Tablet compression machine, Dissolution apparatus, and Stability chamber are available in department of pharmceutics. The department of Pharmacology has a well-built area equipped with experimertal instruments like Plethysmometer, Single channel student physiograph, Digital plethesmometer, Rota Road apparatus, Electroconvulsometer, Eddies hot plate, Cook’s pool climbing apparatus, Actophotometer, Digital Telethermometer available to demostations to students. The department of pharmacognosy has a well-built area equipped with experimertal instruments like Camera Lucida Mirror type and Prism Type, Colony counter, B.O.D. Incubator etc.

Availability of computing facilities exclusively for the programme

The college has well equipped computer laboratoryfor usage related to pharmacy students in terms of softwares and hardware.

Total number of computers available in working condition are47 out off which 27 are in computer departmentand remaining are distribtured in verious departments. The details of which are given bellow.

All the students as well as staff have access to all e-learning resources, websites and database systems except social like Facebook, instagram etc. and many other webisteswhich are not come under education. The College has a structured LAN facility all users/workstations are connected through Ethernet port I.P address manually. College also provided Wi-fi campus facility to access the internet from laptops. College has computer room with internet facilities with unintertuppted power supply and also 10 computers equipped with language lab software.

Drug Museum

(Type & quality of collection in the museum with proper labeling and display)

Drug museum consisting different dosage forms such as Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals, Topicals, Medicated Powders, Drops, Cosmetics, Parenteral, Nasal-Drops with special attention to foreground the displayed products with extraordinary transparency. It is located at First floor of Main Buiding, visible to everyone. It is clean regularly as per shedulesby housekeeping staff and updated as per updates in markets from time to time. The museum is maintained by faculty members from Pharmaceutics departments and two students from each year in coordination manner. Crudde drugs museum is located in pharmacognosy laboratory and maintain by faculty members from Pharmaceutics departments and two students from each year in coordination manner. Museum is composed of marketed formulations which have been broadly classified as medicated, parental and cosmetic formulations.

Medicinal Plant Garden

(Area, demarcation, temporary/permanent arrangement, planting of plants under the shade in demarcated areas, adequacy of the plants)

Medicinal plant garden includes various adequate shrubs and herbs. The garden is permanent and located in college premises. For watering plants and cleaning the of garden,gardener is appointed. Adequate numbers of plants are cultivated in medicinal plant garden of college. We have total area of medicinal plant garden 893.00 sq. m. Total160medicinal plants; 94 plants have been cultivated in college campus permanently.
